This will be an unforgettable night filled with inspiring stories, live entertainment, and opportunities to make a difference in the lives of deserving students. Your presence at this event helps us continue our mission of empowering the next generation of leaders. Featuring a three-course dinner, a live jazz band, and our keynote speaker, Ebony Mitchell, we promise this will be an amazing event!

Arkansas Advanced Energy Association Director of External Affairs
Ebony is a dynamic leader, advocate, and professional from Harrison, Arkansas, whose passion for service and excellence has shaped her career and community impact. With a strong background in academics, the arts, and leadership, Ebony has been committed to using her platform and expertise to empower others. A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Business Marketing, she went on to earn her MBA with an emphasis in Health Administration from John Brown University. Her journey has included experiences in marketing, teaching, sports marketing, and the nonprofit sector. Ebony proudly served as Miss Arkansas 2022, representing the state at the Miss America Competition. During her nine years of advocacy work, she has championed online safety, partnering with the Arkansas Department of Education and state leaders to equip educators and students with critical training. She is also a proud alumna of Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XL. In recognition of her leadership and service, Ebony was appointed to the Arkansas 250 Commission by Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders. Today, she continues to drive meaningful impact as the Director of External Affairs for the Arkansas Advanced Energy Association, where her work strengthens communities across the state. OWJEF is honored to welcome Ebony as our 2026 Keynote Speaker, where she will share her vision, experiences, and unwavering dedication to creating opportunities for the next generation.
