Our family would like to thank you all for your support of this wonderful program which carries forward the tradition of excellence and service of our beloved Oscar David Washington, Jr.

VISION

We endeavor, with intentionality, to make investments in youth that assist in multiplying their potential so that positive change occurs in their communities and beyond.

MISSION

The Oscar Washington Educational Fund seeks to ignite the power of purpose, knit generous hearts with education and provide scholarships to propel the next generation further, for the good of all.

We must remember that intelligence is not enough. Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of true education. The complete education gives one not only the power of concentration, but worthy objectives upon which to concentrate.
