Emanie Montgomery is making an impact in her field. She was recently awarded the opportunity to participate in the 2024 HBCU Emerging Leaders Scholarship Program with Deloitte. The initiative provided a safe yet professional setting for selective interns and incoming analysts of various HBCUs to network with each other and other senior managers and partners. Participants also were able to compete for a $10,000 scholarship while attending.

The Emerging Leaders Program consisted of an all-day module where participants completed a reverse interview, demonstrated their persuasion and story-telling skills, and were asked to analyze an article detailing a current event. 

This summer Emanie will be interning with Deloitte in the Government Public Service Risk and Financial Advisory Cyber department. She was also awarded the last scholarship within the Risk and Financial Advisory department.
